We have a strategic partnership with Emerald Strategies’ Kathy McShea who is one of the leading authorities on public Web site usability, governance and research.

We use our knowledge of best practices to evaluate a Web site and make recommendations on the basis of the latest findings on user testing and research. The research methods include usability evaluations, task analysis, card sorting exercise and online surveys.
